Maximizing Your Retirement — 2026 Employee Education Module

Regency's 2026 Participant Education Module is designed for delivery to plan participants across formats — on-site, virtual, or self-directed. The module covers the foundational decisions that determine retirement outcomes: contribution rate selection, Pre-Tax vs. Roth allocation strategy, and the compounding impact of contribution decisions made early in a career.

2026 contribution limits: Elective deferral limit — $24,500. Catch-up contribution (age 50+) — $8,000. Super catch-up contribution (ages 60–63, per SECURE 2.0) — $11,250. The module presents these limits in context, with projection scenarios across salary levels and contribution rates — illustrating in concrete terms what a 3% versus 10% deferral rate produces over 10, 20, and 30-year time horizons.

The 2026 module is available to Regency clients for distribution to plan participants.
